When will my order ship?
Please allow a 1-2 days processing time for all orders. Once your order is processed it will take 4-5 business days for your order to be shipped. This means about a total of 5-8 days total since your order date should you get it.
How can I track my order?
Go to the navigation at the top of the site and click "Track Your Order". There you can add your email and order number to find an accurate update on your shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order must be canceled during the processing time. If your order is not canceled 1-2 business days within the date of purchase then you will have to wait until you receive the order. Once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, we will refund you.
What is the exchange/return policy?
We value our customer experience, however we do not offer refunds unless the product is broken.
